• Salary: 35 mil VND gross / month or depend on performance on interview

Job Description

• Manage Goods Receipts from Suppliers, Issues and Transfers to Production in cooperation with Purchasing/ Import Team and in accordance with the approved procedures
• Manage Goods Receipts from Production, Packaging, Issues and Shipments to Customers in cooperation with Customer Services Team and in accordance with approved procedures
• Prepare & maintain records of inventories, goods movements, stocktaking and reporting
• Verify and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Determine proper storage methods, identification and stocks location based on the actual Warehouse Management Procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant department to optimize Warehouse stock and material flows and requirements of Safety Stock.
• Follow the FIFO procedures in the Warehouse to ensure the quality of the stored goods
• Implement and manage Rotative Inventory Count as Company’s procedure
• Implement the required procedures to avoid loss of materials in the Warehouse to protect Company property
• Develop and implement approved HSE procedures and housekeeping procedures
• Promote continuous improvements plans for developing skills of all Warehouse team by reviewing/ requesting/ coordinating and/or delivering relevant, useful training courses for the Staffs

Requirement

• Specialized and Technical Knowledges :
  • University graduated
  • Supervisory skills (as appropriate)
  • Warehouse knowledge
  • Ability to handle computer and SAP
  • HSE knowledge
  • Strong communication skill
  • English level B or above
• Management Tools :
  • MS Office. (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • ERP system (SAP).
• Preferred Experience :
  • At least 5 years of experience in the same position
