Benefit

• Salary: 35mil – 40mil Gross

Lương cố định theo vị trí (75%) + Lương theo hiệu suất (25%)

• Có 2 KPI chính: KPI về Sales (chiếm 60%); KPI về chất lượng vận hành (chiếm 40%)
• Thử việc: 02 tháng
• Working time: 8h30 – 18h00, Monday – Friday
• Heath insurance 24/24

Job description

• Plan and develop Service Station in aligning the strategic direction of Business District
• Build high performance team
• Apply quality management in Service Station
• Maintain current business and develop new business for the company
• Oversee payment settlement and cash handling in Service Station
• Prepare operations / exception reports and liaise with Business District Operations Department for quality improvement

Requirement

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in the Logistics field
• Good in Chinese
• Negotiating skill
