Report to         : Production Director

Responsibility

Reporting to the Production Director, you will be overseeing a newly-expanded production line at this company, in which the total headcounts is expected to double in the near future.

• Plans, directs and coordinates all manufacturing activities to produce products at minimum cost to meet shipping requirements and sales commitments
• Manages production operations within a SMT production department to assure cost effective with quality products
• In charge of production in case of production director’s absence
• Work-group production schedule
• Working efficiency and production plan achievement
• Working behavior of operators (include SUGs and QCC)
• Develop team leaders and operators
• On site document control

 Requirement

• Bachelor degree electronics / mechanical
• Min 5 years’ experience in production management in SMT field for electronics manufacturing multinational company
• Personal integrity and confidentiality
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure
• Excellent communication; excellent interpersonal skills
• Team Leader/Player
• Ability to set targets, motivate and inspire staff to achieve targets
• Ability to priorities, responsibilities under pressure and be self motivating
