Responsibility
- Define and maintain an efficient SMT manufacturing processes
- Design and optimize product’s SMT manufacturing process flow according to current technology capability
- Lead to machine downtime minimization
- Equipment’s setup, debug, management and maintenances for Printer, Pick & Place, AOI, SPI, Reflow oven, Wave soldering, Forming machine & the other equipment relate to SMT
- Equipment capability study and evaluation
- Optimize Production line layout & improve through VSM & Kanban, Lean process to optimize waste (reduce WIP, reduce moving time…)
- Design for manufacturing analysis on new and existing products
- Generate and maintain relevant SMT document to meet production requirement
- Focus on First Pass Yield, Process downtime, Line improvement, Kaizen, Best Practice, PFMEA, Quality standard of product (IPC)
- Design flow chart & process for new model & working instruction
- Manage cycle time & do line balancing, design work station follow ergonomics
Requirement
- Bachelor Degree of Science in an Engineering discipline (Electronics, Automation Electronics, Mechatronics)
- Minimum 1-year working experience in SMT area.
- Know well about SMT machine such as Solder Printing, Solder Reflow, Wave Solder. SMT component placement, forming.
- English: Good
- Computer : Good
- Analysis skill, Decision making, Solving problem, ability to work under pressure, good communication
