  • Company size: employees; 100, team size 09 (03 Engineer, 05 QC Staff, 01 QC team leader)

 General requirement

The quality manger is responsible for the performance of the quality management system and the quality assurance in production. Furthermore, the quality manger has to promote projects for continuous improvement and control the performance of suppliers and materials

 Job requirement

  • Ensure maintenance and improvement of the quality management system
  • Issue and update quality-related documents, records and instructions
  • Monitor programs for incoming material inspections and quality of products produced on a daily basis and communicate results
  • Inform suppliers about non-conform products, arrange replacement schedule and calculate replacement cost
  • Develop quality objectives and targets based on KPIs, improve production efficiency and internal processes
  • Implement quality requirements from customers
  • Conduct supplier audits to ensure the compliance with quality requirements and process structure
  • Supervise and evaluate performance of quality staff
  • Plan and prepare trainings for employees in regards to product quality and other regulations
  • To perform other tasks as assigned by Managing Director and report directly to Managing Director.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with focus to mechanical engineering
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in quality management / quality assurance in manufacturing industry
  • First leadership experience
  • Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and Lean-Management
  • Very good skills in MS Office
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Very good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with different department heads and management
  • Very good in English (written and spoken)
