• Salary: 70mil – 80mil + KPI bonus (tự set up cho team và cho vị trí này)

Responsibility  

• Be a person in charge of Pressure Sensitive Label business development in the Vietnam market
• Preparing the potential target customers bases on each industry
• Study deeply the market and have a detailed report with sales strategy and investment proposal.
• Focusing on developing and growing new customers, new business
• Building a strong project pipeline
• Conduct sales presentations, formulate sales proposals, and develop and build close rapport and relationships with identified customers /target groups
• Conduct sales negotiation and pricing strategies to win orders, tenders, and contracts
• Work closely with the technical team to prepare proper sales tools for PSL business such as presentations, and sample books
• Monthly basis updates for the market trend
• Compare the total potential demand vs internal capabilities and proposed the action plan
• Salesman bán nhãn SSL (Shrink sleeve labels: nhãn màng co) và PSL (nhãn tự dính)

 Requirement

• Having a “can do” mindset and a “hunting” sales style
• Pro-active person that always take initiative, do not wait to be pushed by others
• Graduate from University, preferably in Materials/ Printing Technology OR Business Administration and Marketing
• At least 5 years of experience in Multi-National Companies in Pressure sensitive labels industry, Printing Industry, FMCG
• Logical thinking and having good analytical skills, and reporting skills
