 Benefit

• Salary: max 45mil Gross or Negotiation
• Bonus 1 end year
• PVI after 1 year working
• Working time: Monday – Friday, 7:20 – 16h48 (leave office at 16h on Friday)
• Transportation support: Bien Hoa at 6:00AM; District 2, Thu Duc Crossroad at 6:30 AM; Ba Ria first point: 5:55AM (Trung tâm Thương mại Bà Rịa)
• Bonus: performance and year end
• PVI after probation

    Job Description

• Communication with KAM (Key Account Manager) or customer to make clear all customer requirements
• Internal kick-off meeting, CFT team build, and information transfer (customer requirements, timing, target)
• Project process control (including budget, timing, quality, and sourcing)
• Internal project communication with CFT members
• PPAP file collection and submit
• Risk management
• Customer audit support
• Engineering change (from customer) process control
• Whole project APQP process management.
• Support after SOP
• Project status report to managing director

 Requirement

• Project management experience
• Good communication skills
• Good speaking and writing skills in English
• Knowledge of the carbon fiber industry is preferable
• Experience in applying 5 Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP) is required
• Knowledge about IATF 16949
