Job description
- Manage all materials in and out the factory
- Manage Production, Maintenance, operator, quality and QEHS at factory
- Make production plan: daily, monthly.
- Set up KPI for all department at factory
- Make the plan to clean, maintenance machine, improvement machine
- Control overtime, manpower, costly at factory
- Make the plan for new project, work with supplier and contractor
- Follow OEE, capacity of machine.
- Follow daily report, quality, Shot, moisture, …
- Saving cost, continuous improvement, GMP, 5S, safety,…
- Follow the plan to check safety system, training forklift safety and all workers safety.
- Solve some problem at factory, make the meeting to actions.
Requirement
- Experience:
- Similar experience (same role, same industrial) is advantage
- Min 4 years in production management in manufacturing
- Good knowledge of manufacturing management standard (Lean, Sigma, 5S, food safety standard, etc.)
- Knowledge on production planning, manufacturing, maintenance and HSE
- Good people management
- Attitude:
- Smart, hard working, enthusiasm
- Adaptability, flexible on production planning and opened mind set
- A can-do attitude
- Good communication and well-cooperated to co-worker at all level
- Language
- English (intermediate)
