Job description

• The primary job assignments will be:
• To ensure that quality standards are maintained
• To achieve production targets with best utilization of available resources
• To supervise all production activities
• To solve the problems faced during production
• To give suggestions to reduce the production cost
• To keep close liaison with warehouse, QC, QA and other related departments to ensure smooth working
• To follow and execute company policies in all areas of production
• To receive & liaise new sample development with Managing Director
• To be responsible for people (leaders, workers, technicians, staffs, etc..) hiring, evaluation and retain
• To build a positive environment and work relation by giving example of good manner and effective communication
• To plan the head count according to the target

Requirement

• We expect our new colleague:
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience required
• Requires extensive knowledge of production process activities
• 5 or more years of progressive supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Good English communication skills
• Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required
• Strong communication skills and being able to work under pressure
• Independent, highly motivated, pro-active and result oriented
