• Report to: Marketing Manager (Vietnam) + Adviser (Japanese)
• Company size: >350   team size 1

 Benefit package

• Salary: 45 mil VND
• Bonus: salary of 13th month, performance Bonus (follow company Policy)
• Working location: HCMC
• Working period: 7:30 – 17:30 (Monday – Friday)
• Meal allowance: 550,000 vnd/month
• Attendance allowance: 246,000 vnd/month
• Addition Healthcare 24/24 for personal
• 2 months of probation

 Responsibility

• Overall purpose of the job: In charge for Public Relationship especially with media.
• Develop PR plan including targeting, channel, budget, and detail execution plan.
• Develop the strategic relationship in PR: to find & make relationship key influencer in PR.
• Corporate with others Dept. or partners for company PR activities.
• Guide PR team to attach the target audience via PR activities, articles.
• Make & utilize the relationship in PR to control the positive comment & prevent negative comment.
• To deal with PR crisis.
• Create & manage the PR content on Company channel & media.
• Tracking & analyzing PR activity every month or under request.
• Analyzing & evaluate the proposal/ recommendation/ suggestion of PR sponsorship.
• Analyzing the competitor PR activities.
• Implement PR or CSR activities.
• Have relationship with key journalist.
• PR planning on our owned media (Facebook, Homepage)
• A representative of the company spoke to the media

 Requirement

• University graduate
• Experience:
• 05 years or more in Marketing or PR job.
• 05 years or more working experience as manager.
• Experience in Automobile industry is evaluated.
• Communication: logical thinking, quick report (HO-REN-SO)
• Management:
• Time schedule management for projects.
• Education and management of subordinates.
• Coordination with other dept. or business partners.
• Other skills: guts, resilience, initiative, tenacity.
• Language: TOEIC score over 800, Business English level
