Job description

• Operate, manage and develop the Operation Dept. of the Company
• Be responsible for working with the Customers, Customs Agency and transport companies
• Manage and monitor process of goods delivery
• Be responsible for handling of risk situations encountered during the delivery and dealingwith customers’ complaints
• Provide timely information to the relevant departments to ensure that the goods, documents,records are delivered completely and on time
• Report periodically to the Board of Directors

Requirement

• Graduated University
• 5 years experiences in similar position, CBT is an advantage
• Proficiency in Chinese or English
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Good organization and management skills
