Salary: 25mil – 30mil monthly in gross OR NEGO
Bonus: KPI Yearly bonus
Working time: 08:00 – 16:45, Mon – Fri (Thứ 7 làm việc luân phiên)
- Năm làm việc đầu tiên: làm 9 ngày Thứ 7/năm
- Từ năm làm việc thứ hai trở đi: làm 6 ngày Thứ 7/năm
- Từ năm 2025 trở đi thì sẽ không làm ngày Thứ 7

Responsibility

Build RFQs from customer BOMs or sample, get pricing from suppliers and integrate pricing data into BOMs to reply timely to all quotation requests
Record and be able to retrieve all quotation data to help reduce the time to respond to RFQs
Develop relationships with suppliers to get their best support
Continuous involvement in the supplier selection process to develop a supply base that provides competitive advantage in quality, value/cost, delivery and technology
Proactive in reviewing current production Bill of materials and source alternative local suppliers for cost reduction and improved supply chain
Cross check product requirements/ function and propose alternative materials to competitive advantage during bidding process
Support team for NPI successfully build
Perform other tasks assigned by the BOD/ Engineering Sourcing Manager/ Engineering Sourcing Supervisor

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering, Materials Engineering
Experience: Over 4 years of Purchasing or Sourcing experience. Be knowledgeable about Resin, Plastic Injection or Metal, Casting, Assembly Process
Computer skill: proficient use of Excel
English: intermediate or above reading/writing level, basic to intermediate spoken and Strong communication skills
Other skills:

- Ability to self-study
- High integrity
