Marketing Director
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
– Business strategy development by working with BOD to develop business strategic for all brands every year, generate and deliver long term brand strategies, plans which address brand growth, awareness and business objectives.
– Mentoring all brand managers to develop marketing calendar and promotion strategy following the business strategy. Coaching brand team to deliver the marketing calendar of activities and promotions that drives sales, profit, customer engagement, brand image and brand heath.
– Working with relevant stakeholders to ensure the brand personality is fully represented in the brand design packages (eg: construction manuals, tender packs).
– Advise team to category and menu reviews from analysis through to execution in units based on commercial mix and customer and operational insight to drive profit.
– Tracking the monitor competitor activity project (new products, promotions & pricing) on a monthly basis and act on any opportunities.
– Work closely with partners for the co-branding campaign.
– Work closely with and operations teams to ensure excellent execution of all planned activity, meeting brand standards and customer expectations.
– Recruiting, training and monitoring all the employees of Marketing Department (Brand team, Trade team, Design team, Communication team, CRM team, Customer satisfaction survey team) to ensure the teams deliver their job and career path.
– Be fully responsible for the Department’s proper functioning including associated, finances and other departments.
– Direct reporting lines: CEO, General Director

– Bachelor’s degree required, Marketing or Business is preferred
– Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing with similar position, preferable within the foods/beverage/FMCG industry
– Experience working in a fast paced, digital marketing environment
– Well-connected within the market with the ability to seek and build new relationships to help support business objectives
– Experience in building and developing MKT policies and procedures
– Be able to build up and manage functional chart of Marketing department according to business strategy
– Strong written and presentation skills.
– Excellent organizational skills.
– Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects at once
– Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Publisher.
– Web research skills and familiarity with major social media resources required
– Language: Must be able to communicate professionally in English, both written and verbal
