Job description:
HSE
Coordinate & implement periodical HSE planning
Performance measurement and reporting at a corporation level
Ensure the company property in good working condition (Fire distinguisher system, Electricity
system, machinery and other equipment is checked properly)
Coordinate other department to issue the compliant HSE policies, procedures
Have proper training to employee for HSE issue
Report & investigate the HSE incident and have the proper preventive action
Coordinate internal / external HSE audits
Requirement:
Good English
Good communication, confident, proactive, careful & honest
Male/ Female (prefer male as work close with Production & Worker)
College or University degree at HSE, Engineering industrial & Mechanical
At least 3 years experience in relevant tasks
Prefer local people at BD
IT literate.
Good knowledge of HSE, Maintenance & 5S
