- Report to : General Director (Hongkong) & Vice General Director (Vietnam)
- Company size : >500 people Team size: 20 staff
- Working place : Nhơn Trạch 3
Benefit package
- Salary: $2,000 gross
- Bonus: salary of 13th month, KPI bonus follow to company policy
- Addition health check 24/7
- Working: 7:30 – 16:30 from Mon to Fri (Saturday: working 02 days/month)
- Transpotation: Bus from Thu Duc to company
Job Description
- Develop the recruiting plan & the train plan ,complete the implementation.
- Collect the reasonable suggestions & complaints from the employees .
- Set up the HR motivation system to all the company positions.
- Regular Update & improvements the company organization structure .
- Organize develop the employee handbook, recruitment SOP, training SOP, the attendance SOP, contract & HR file SOP.
- Improve & update the job description of all the positions , job analysis, the staffing plan.
Job Requirment
- Human resource or Administration Bachelor
- At least 10 years working experience & more than 3 years vice Human Resource Mgr experience.
- Strong language expression ability, strong affinity.
Have a certain degree of creativity and influence, brave to break the status quo and have a solution for the issues.
